Technical construction layout
– Columns made of a welded steel structure, with an internally sliding lifting carriage, equipped with four large-diameter wheels that guarantee perfect grip and smoothness and allow for minimal maintenance work.
– Bronze safety and load-bearing nuts.
– Lubrication of the driving screw ensured by a system mounted directly on the supporting nut.
– Lifting jack for moving the column equipped with a flow limiting valve and manual manoeuvring drawbar with polyurethane-coated wheels fitted with ball bearings.
– The operating device consists of a microprocessor (PLC) for the control of synchronism and automatic realignment.
– Controls with mobile push-button panel to be connected to the column from which the lift is to be operated.
– Emergency button on the electrical panel of each column.
